First time in Jura, and I have to admit that I was very surprised by this beautiful area, I love the city called Dole, where Louis Pasteur was Born. May be one day I will move in this city.
Just by Dole, there is this amazing Hotel and Restaurant, with a chef labelled Best ouvier of France.
this is a 4 stars Hotel. Recommanded in the Guide Michelin.
It was just delicious. you should go and let yourself be transported by these magical flavors.
I will come back for sure.
